Hey Yakigang! I teased this few weeks ago on Instagram but it’s now official. We have a pop-up dining event on February 29th at Itani Ramen in Oakland! I will be making some of the fan favorite Yakitori items and side dishes from my Brewzakaya home dinners, but also featuring new dishes that you may have seen on @yakitoriguy such as the Tsukune with Uni "Tsukuni" and the Super TKG - Tamago Kake Gohan topped with shaved salted egg and mentaiko. And as this is another collaboration with Chef Kyle Itani at Itani Ramen, we'll feature items inspired from his other shops like Hopscotch and Thistle Meats using ingredients like their delicious Duck Liver Mousse.
I have been chatting with many of you already over the months, and so this will be great to finally meet you in person too.
